Jason Dones

I am a public servant with demonstrated experience in public institution and non-profit management, legal risk mitigation & compliance. Currently working in Texas politics, I have a strong passion for higher education and public enterprise, and am committed to supporting leaders dedicated to the principles of selfless service and good governance.

I grew up in San Antonio, Texas and am a proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. Before falling in love with public service, I researched nuclear physics under amazing principal investigators at Berkeley, CERN, and SwRI leaving me with a lasting interest in energy policy.
